I so relate to forgetting how to do winter, I try to spend as much of it as possible in SEA where it's nice and warm. It's always a letdown when I return too soon though.

I hope the speaking gig went well. And it was fun to read the beekeeper interview. I love watching the YT channels that feature beekeepers saving colonies that end up in walls, appliances, etc, or the occasional swarm.
I think I've gotten more info about the whole 'Royals' situation from your newsletter than anyplace else, with so many other stories dominating the news cycle. I just feel alternately sad and exasperated for the lot of them, and wonder how much longer the current incarnation of the fishbowl of Royal life/obligations will limp along until some kind of real change happens.
